Biona Skin Care is a Novi Sad-based natural cosmetics brand - face and body creams, anti-age treatments, the BioSalix line for imperfections, Bakuchiol routines. Products are COSMOS Natural and COSMOS Organic certified, vegan and paraben-free. Our brief: a WooCommerce store that captures the premium-natural character of the brand + full digital marketing support - from advertising and SEO to graphic design for social media.
The brief
The client didn't just want a site - they wanted a digital partner who takes over the entire online side of the business. Target audience: women who carefully choose what they put on their skin, look for natural ingredients and certifications, follow trends (Bakuchiol, anti-aging) and research before buying. The site has to feel premium, carry the calm brand tone, support the full catalog with categories by purpose (acne, hydration, hyperpigmentation, anti-age) and additional features like online face diagnostics. On top of the site - continuous advertising, email marketing campaigns, graphic design for banners and social media.
