SEO optimization
Search visibility built systematically, not overnight.
What we do
SEO is not magic. It's technical hygiene, quality content and authority built through continuous work. We cover every layer that affects ranking, with focus on searches that actually bring customers.
Before we optimize, we see where we stand. Technical audit (crawl errors, core web vitals, indexability), on-page (meta tags, headings, structure), off-page (backlinks). A report with priorities, so you know what to fix first for the biggest effect.
Timeframe: 10-14 days
What you get
- Technical SEO audit (200+ points)
- On-page audit
- Backlink audit (with toxic identification)
- Competitor SEO analysis (5-10 firms)
- Action plan with prioritization
- Quick wins (low effort, high impact)
Crawl budget, robots.txt, sitemap, canonical URLs, hreflang, structured data, Core Web Vitals. The technical layer the average visitor doesn't see, but Google does and grades. Without this, the rest of the effort is wasted.
Timeframe: 14-30 days
What you get
- robots.txt + XML sitemap
- Schema markup for all page types
- Core Web Vitals optimization
- Canonical and hreflang setup
- 404 strategy + 301 redirects
- Search Console setup + monitoring
Title tag, meta description, headings, internal linking, URL structure, images with alt tags, schema markup. Everything that's on the page itself and affects ranking. We work each page systematically, not just the homepage.
Timeframe: 14-30 days
What you get
- Title and meta optimization for 20-50 pages
- H1-H6 hierarchy review
- Internal linking strategy
- Image optimization (file name, alt, WebP)
- URL structure (clean, short, descriptive)
- On-page guidelines for future content
The difference between 'buy laptop' and 'best laptop for students under 800 euros' is huge. We dig through real searches, analyze intent, difficulty and competition. A list of keywords that's realistic, not a fantasy of ranking for 'everything'.
Timeframe: 7-14 days
What you get
- Keyword research (200-500 candidates)
- Top 50-100 with metrics
- Group by intent and topic
- Content calendar (12 months)
- Long-tail strategy (low competition)
- Tracking setup (rank tracker)
We write articles, guides and landing copy that's written both for people and for Google. Real keyword density without forcing it, clear structure, answers to all the sub-questions a user might have. Quality that ranks because it deserves to rank.
Timeframe: Monthly subscription
What you get
- Number of articles per month based on package (more by agreement)
- Pillar pages (per content plan)
- SEO copywriting by our team (working since 2019)
- Featured image + internal illustrations
- Optimization for featured snippets
- Distribution + internal linking
Links are still an important authority signal. We don't buy links and don't write guest posts just to get a link. We start by reclaiming existing links and fixing directory listings, then look for relevant local, industry and media sources. You approve every link in advance. We don't guarantee a number of links.
Timeframe: Monthly subscription
What you get
- Reclaiming existing links (unlinked mentions, broken links)
- Directory fixes and updates
- Relevant local, industry and media sources
- Every link approved by you in advance; no guaranteed link count
- Paid placements only when labeled (rel="sponsored")
- Monthly report with new links
Google Business Profile, local listings, reviews, local content, geo-targeting. For businesses that live off a physical location or local customers, this is usually the part of SEO where the first improvements show up earliest.
Timeframe: Setup: 7-14 days, monthly: ongoing
What you get
- Google Business Profile (full setup)
- Bing Places + Apple Maps
- NAP consistency across relevant directories
- Local schema markup
- Reviews strategy + automated review request
- Monthly local SEO report
Product page optimization, categories with real content, product schema markup, avoiding duplication, faceted navigation. SEO for e-commerce has different challenges and we know them all, because we've been through them with many clients.
Timeframe: 21-45 days
What you get
- Category SEO (titles, descriptions, content)
- Product SEO (schema, reviews, FAQ)
- Faceted navigation (filter URLs)
- Pagination strategy
- Out-of-stock strategy
- Internal search optimization
Hreflang setup, proper URL structure (subdomains, subfolders, ccTLD), localized meta tags, local link building. International SEO is more complex than language translation, because each market has its own search logic.
Timeframe: 30-60 days
What you get
- Hreflang implementation
- URL strategy (subdomain/subfolder/ccTLD)
- Multi-language content production
- Search Console per country
- Currency localization
- Local link building per market
Domain migration, redesign, switching to a new platform, all carry risks that can eat years of SEO work. URL mapping, 301 redirects, preserving on-page elements, monitoring results. A plan that's followed from day 0 to day 90 after migration.
Timeframe: 14-30 days
What you get
- Old → new URL map
- 301 redirects (.htaccess or platform-specific)
- Meta data and schema transfer
- Sitemap submission
- Search Console requests for re-crawl
- 30-day post-launch monitoring
Manual actions, algorithmic drops, sudden traffic loss, all signs that something went wrong with SEO. We diagnose the cause (toxic links, thin content, technical issues), clean it up, file reconsideration where applicable. The way back is slower than the way down, but it's possible.
Timeframe: 30-90 days
What you get
- Penalty audit (cause identification)
- Toxic backlink cleanup (disavow)
- Content audit + cleanup
- Technical issues fix
- Reconsideration request (if needed)
- Recovery monitoring
We track positions for important keywords, organic traffic, conversions from the organic channel, profitable and unprofitable parts of the site. A report that shows progress at the business level, not just at the level of moving up one alphabet letter.
Timeframe: Monthly subscription
What you get
- Monthly report (Looker Studio dashboard)
- Rank tracker (top 50-100 keywords)

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about this service. Got something specific? Feel free to send an inquiry.
Technical SEO: results in 1-2 months (Google Search Console errors disappear, speed improves). On-page SEO: 2-4 months (existing pages start ranking better). Content SEO: 4-6 months (new articles start getting organic traffic). Link building: 6-12 months (Domain Authority grows). We set targets as ranges against the baseline measured in the first month, not as guarantees.
One-off SEO audit: from 300 EUR. Technical SEO + on-page (one-off): from 1,000 EUR. Monthly SEO (content, technical, local SEO and authority): from 390 EUR/month. Package with more expert content and authority work: from 890 EUR/month. Pricing depends on site size and competition.
No - and anyone who guarantees top 1 is misleading you. Google uses hundreds of ranking factors and changes them constantly. What we commit to is a clear process (audit, optimization, content, links) and transparent measurement: organic traffic, ranking keywords, inquiries and conversions from search. Targets are set as ranges against the baseline measured in the first month.
We work with all platforms - WordPress (Yoast/RankMath), Shopify (built-in SEO + apps), Magento, WooCommerce, custom Next.js. Specifics vary (e.g. on Shopify you don't have full control over robots.txt) but core SEO works the same. We adapt the strategy to the platform's capabilities.
Both - per agreement. You can write yourself (we give a brief with keyword focus and SEO guidelines), or we write (from idea to finished article, with design). We write based on research into real searches in your industry, and your expert reviews professional claims before publishing.
Google releases 5-10 'core updates' per year that can shake rankings. Our strategy is 'white hat' - we follow only Google guidelines, no shortcuts. Sites built this way are generally more resilient, and when a drop happens we analyze the cause and adjust content and technical setup. Sites built on shortcuts (bought links, thin content) are the most exposed.
Our public work is in the portfolio (e-commerce, professional services, local businesses). In a call we can walk you through projects relevant to your business: what we did and how we measured it. Some clients we can't name publicly.
Realistic - older sites have a 'first mover advantage'. But: we focus on keywords where you can win (long-tail, niche, local), gradually build authority (1-2 years for serious competition), find content gaps the competition doesn't cover. Patience and consistency win - many 'old' SEO sites become lazy and that's an opportunity for newcomers.
The basic monthly package has a minimum term of 3 months, larger packages 6 months, with the option to move to a lower package without penalty after 3 months. The notice period is 30 days and payment is monthly in advance. SEO is a long-term game, so serious progress usually takes about 6 months. When we part ways, we hand over all work, data, dashboards and content - so you can continue independently or with another partner.
Both. Content gets you ranking for long-tail (low competition) and gives 'fuel' for backlinks (people link to good articles). Backlinks help you rank for head terms (high competition) where you can't beat the competition by content alone. The right strategy combines: 70% content, 30% link building - but the ratio varies by industry and budget.
