Serbia's leading motorcycle gear retailer from Ruma and our long-term partner since 2020. A WooCommerce site with custom ERP sync, a B2B portal for resellers, direct card payments and full digital marketing.
DD Moto is one of Serbia's leading motorcycle gear retailers based in Ruma - helmets, jackets, accessories, parts and premium brands. The partnership started in 2020 with a brief to build a platform that serves both end customers and a network of reseller partners equally well, connected to the internal ERP system and to the bank for direct card payments. We've been maintaining and evolving the site continuously since.
The brief
DD Moto runs parallel B2C and B2B operations - end customers buy online, while reseller partners get wholesale pricing and special terms. The site has to pull stock and prices from the ERP in real time, support two completely different buyer types on the same platform, and process card payments directly through the bank without third-party processors that take a cut. On top of that - the site has to be fast, mobile-responsive, secure, and survive the order spikes during peak season and promotions.
